As your birth mentor, I understand that you want to be heard and your desires valued on your journey through birth.
I know that birth is a hugely transformative and powerful time in a woman's life and it is my wish that you are supported and nurtured through this time, emerging after your birth as a strong, confident and whole woman who believes in your body's innate ability and trusts your intuition as a mother.
As your birth mentor, I will work with you to feel confident and informed on your journey towards birth and parenting. I will provide emotional and informational support in pregnancy, emotional and physical support during labour and every kind of support in the early days and weeks.
I will assist you in your communication with one another (if you are partnered) to help your relationship move into parenthood as a strong and secure partnership.
I will provide support to your birth partner so they are better able to understand your needs and support you - this is key. Everyone in your birthing space should be unconditionally supportive of how you wish to labour and birth.
To have the consistent and positive support of your partner can make your birth a significantly more positive experience as well as strengthening your relationship in preparation for being parents together.

I will walk with you on the spiritual journey of pregnancy and preparation for birth and motherhood and provide as much support, guidance and focus on this area as you desire.
I will help you plan for the days and weeks following the birth of your baby so this time is as joyful, peaceful and nourishing as possible.
As a nutritionist, yoga teacher and exercise physiologist, I will provide nutritional and herbal information for a healthy pregnancy and postpartum as well as suggest alternative remedies to support labour, birth and postpartum. I will provide guidance around exercise and physical preparation during pregnancy and for your postpartum recovery.
I combine the best components from different birth education models such as Hypnobirthing and Active Birth as well as an extensive range of mentoring tools learned from leading birth advocates around the world to help you feel confident and in control as you embark on your journey of radical self responsibility.
